Disabled Account Validation

 

***Disabled account validations and ATV memorandum requests do not need to be done in person.

Both processes can be done entirely online via email.  (Due to our current staffing levels, we cannot guarantee timely service if you come to the Fish & Wildlife Office.)***

 

***Effective 16 July 2025 - All new account registrations with a Disabled customer type will require account validation prior to permit purchases.

If your Disabled account was created before 16 July 2025, account will need to be validated when your installation permit expires.

Please follow the steps below to receive your Disabled account validation (If you currently have a WRD Disability Certification then skip to Step 2.):

 

1.) Visit License.GoOutdoorsGeorgia.com and apply for your WRD Certification of Disability Application

2.) Save a copy of your Disability Hunting/Fishing License. Example below

 

3.) Send an email with the subject line "Disabled Account Validation Request" to:

usarmy.stewart.id-readiness.mbx.fs-haaf-isportsman-inquiries@army.mil.

The email should contain the following:

Full name (must match your iSportsman account)

Copy of GA WRD Disability License

Declare whether you need an ATV/UTV Memorandum

NOTE: DO NOT send any form of state or federal issued identification. This includes, but is not limited to, state issued driver license, Military ID, and/or Common Access Cards.

DO NOT send VA Benefits Summary, Doctors Notes, or personal health information.

Any email that includes the above information in red will be permanently deleted and the request will not be processed.

 

4.) The Fish & Wildlife Branch will review your submission and you will receive a notification regarding your account status.

**Please note that it could take 3-5 days for account verification due to weekends, Federal holidays, and seasonal work loads/schedules. Do not wait until the last minute to send your verification request.

 

ATV/UTV Use on the Installation

Only persons with a signed ATV Disability Memorandum are authorized to trailer or utilize ATVs.

**Effective 16 July 2025 - The Fish & Wildlife Branch reviews, authorizes, and distributes ATV Memorandums. 

If you have an approved ATV memorandum prior to 16 July 2025, you do not need a new memorandum until it expires.

To receive an ATV Disability Memorandum, you must qualify for a Disability Certification from the Georgia Wildlife Resources Division (See Disability section above for details).

Once you obtain a valid Disability Sportsmens/Hunting/Fishing License:

Send an email with the subject line "ATV Disability Memorandum" to:
